The President of the Consell announced at a press conference on Saturday that it has been decided not to go ahead with the bicycle lane which was envisioned to run parallel to the Sant Joan road.
A new plan will not be designed but the existing blue prints will be modified. This move will result in a saving of approximately €3 million.
